guangzhou Fekon Motorcycle Co.,Ltd was founded in 2005, is a large-scale enterprise for R&D, manufacture and sales ofmotorcycles and engines, in Shitan Town of Zengcheng,Guangzhou, the High-tech industrial park centralized withconvenient transportation city in Guangzhou. Fekon invested 200 million RMB built a new industrial park, which covers an area of 110,000sqm, and the building area is120,000sqm. We build the new office building, motorcycle production line, engine production line, testing center,R&Dcenter, export center and other modern installations. Fekon has been honored as the key taxpayer of Zengcheng City in the past three years, and identified as one of the 5enterprise which the government will help them developing to be a quoted company. The product have successively passed ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environment Management System,21 items of national compulsory test, and listed in the China auto converted civilian VehiclandMotorcyclemanufacturing enterprises Directory. Fekon motorcycle has good reputation both in China and abroad. Wehave covered the market more than 20 provinces in China and many foreign countries in Middle East, South America, and Africa.Fekon has more than 700 employees, including 50 managerial staff, 200 technology engineers, and 400 workers. And 3 production lines for motorcycle, 3 production lines for engine. Now, we are building 2 production lines for new energy motorcycle and 2 production lines for CKD motorcycle. Our annual output will reach up to 500,000 units’ motorcycle and 600,000 units’ engines; the annual amount will reach up to1 billion RMB.The motorcycle production line has 3 workshops--the spare parts pre-assemble shop, the motorcycles assemble shop and the testing shop. All the spare parts are pre-checked, pre-test and pre-assembled in spare parts pre-assemble shop, and then, they will be transported to the motorcycles assemble shop through the automatic suspension system. The motorcycle will be finished in the motorcycles assemble shop, and then, it will be sent to the test shop to test and adjust. The next is to check in at the warehouse and packing. We use the automatic packing line, with the strict work instruction and process. All the motorcycles will be well packed like this to avoid damage in the long-distance transport. About the engine, we will clean the engine spare parts by the special clean technique before production, control the torque of sprocket wheel bolt and valve nut strictly, and check the sealing performance according to the technical requirement. After finish the assembly, the engines will send to the test line to adjust, twice cold air running adjustmentand twice oil change. In this way, all the engines will be adjusted to match the technical requirement and the national standard. The testing center built according to the national standard. The building area is 3,880sqm, invest equipment more than 20 million RMB. The main machines are: Motorcycle Chassis dynamometer, Motorcycle Emission analyzer, Motorcycle Autopilot, Direct-reading spectrometer, Motorcycle Vibration Endurance Test Bench, Metal analyzer Microscope, Corrosion testing machine, Computer Controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine, AC Electric Dynamometer, Motorcycle roadtest instrument, Motorcycle Meter Endurance Test Instruments, Motorcycle Battery test machine, Magneto Test Bench, Motor Comprehensive test machine, Motorcycle combined switch Endurance Test Bench, about 80 modern equipments. We can test the motorcycle, engine and spare part strictly according to the national requirement, more than 100 test items.
